Trevor Kennison is the sit-skier who’s send at Corbet’s Couloir, at the Kings and Queens of Corbet’s ‘19, launched him into the skiing mainstream. I met Trevor, at the High Fives x Access Unlimited Adaptive Fly Fishing camp back in Summer 2017. I was struck by his positivity, back then, and we just laughed, joked and fished. We caught up, last week, to talk about how he became a sit-ski superstar!

David Lesh is a hustler that’s living every ski bros dream. He’ an athlete, a bachelor, successful entrepreneur, who really knows how to live. Along the way, he’s pissed a lot of people off, traveled the world, bought a plane, has been to court too many times and has also hung out with Obama when he had a big job. Trevor Kennison Podcast

While Trevor Kennison may never become a household name, he caught the attention of the snow world last week during the Kings and Queens of Corbet’s event. Travis Rice and Caite Zeliff may have won the money but “Riders Choice” winner, Trevor Kennison, started a new life. Five years ago Trevor had a life-altering injury that put a hard stop to life as he knew it. While Trevor doesn’t know what his future will hold, what he did on his sit-ski in Jackson Hole last week, has the opportunities rolling in. It will be fun to see what he does with them. Charley Ager Lives!!!

Feb 11th 2019 - 9 comments

Gnarly Charley Ager is one of the biggest mysteries in skiing. He came up from no-where to set the ski world on fire with his loose, sometimes scary style and switch landings that were way ahead of his time. As fast as Charley’s career evolved, it disappeared in the same speed. Charley walked away from skiing and into some personal issues and injury that we discuss on the podcast. The good news is, this story has a happy ending and Charley Ager is alive. Chris Booth is positioned to light the ski world on fire again with his new gig at Awayco. And when I say again.... once upon a time, this former X-Games level athlete put skiing in the rear view mirror--to practice law. After a few years, he wasn't happy, quit the law firm, and jumped into the world of brand building as the Commercial Director of Black Crows. He killed it and instead of enjoying the fruits of his labor, he walked away for something he sees as the future of ski, snowboard, surf and...travel. Chris Booth Show Notes: 2:00: Awayco and Black Crows 12:00: Growing up in Australia in a ski family who own a ski shop 16:00: Bump skiing, ski videos, 20:00: Evo: The best online experience in action sports with retail to back it up RESQWATER (enter the code resqwatertpm for a 20% discount on a 12 pack) 21:45: High North Ski Camp, trampoline, trampolines and taking tricks to snow 24:30: Freeze Magazine, getting on K2 and X Games 34:00: MSP, skiing for an American company, 45:00: Spy Optic: Get 20% off on their site Spyoptic.com using the code TPM20 The 10 Barrel Brewery: My favorite is 'Out of Office' Pilsner 46:30: Finding Black Crows and the Rip Raw Series 52:00: Becoming a lawyer and then quitting 60:00: Getting hired by Black Crows and Chamonix 65:00: Building the brand in a unique way 70:00: Inappropriate Questions with Christian Sirainni Listen here: http://bit.ly/chrisboothpodcast Or on Spotify: http://bit.ly/TPMSpotify Or Apple Podcasts: http://apple.co/2gctdqe
