SteezyYeeterhad no idea i'd have to drop 1k+ for a new setup.
really looking to get into park this year, but also just want to be able to ski backwards/land switch without my ripsticks digging into the snow.
i don't have a lot of money though. i would say i need a good performing ski but ima be honest i'm not gonna be stomping the shit out of these and won't even be on them most of the time (read: are line skis really that bad?) any suggestions for skis for someone who doesn't really know what they're doing?

im big believer in you get what you pay for. that being said, boots and bindings will have a much longer legacy than your skis so i wouldn’t sacrifice on either of those and take a bit of a dip on the skis if needed. they will be replaced much more frequently and hopefully that allows you to budget differently in the future.
what are you planning on keeping/using for your next setup? also, what are your ski friends hyped on? sounds dumb but if you get on skis and someone instantly clowns on them that fuckin suuuucks especially if your close with them.
stoked that your gonna hit a rail or 2 this year. i hope you become extra steezy and extra yeety and continue to post about skiing.
line is a sick company that undoubtedly molded the freeski community we see today. im certainly way more likely to share my stoke with someone on blends than saaaaay ripsticks lol. (thats a lie. i talk to any and everyone who skis/snowboards) based on where you are at in your skiing i dont think there’s a single ski you should be concerned about durability with.
SteezyYeeterthanks man, this helps. i would love to have vishnu, but can you link their stuff? or are they out right now? because their website is empty. and for bindings should i just go with look?

VTshredder69Anyone see that Oregon Colorado game saturday? Oregon is a fucking machine. Was hardcore rooting for the buff's too.
ThegenericskierOne of my fellas from home called me, was nice talking to friends from home again
Farmville420The dude was 67, I think at that age if you still wanna ride it's not gonna be on a full suspension lol
CoolChillGuy420Ive gone down the KingcobraJFS rabbit hole and I don't want to get unstuck. Cobes is an interesting creature chock-full of content.

cyphersfr dude is so fascinating. are people still mailing him duster?
CoolChillGuy420Lately he's been making his own homemade "mead" in giant used gallon jugs of Hawaiian punch, which the cobraverse thinks is just like bottomshelf burnetts vodka mixed with all sorts of juices, so that's been fun. He hasn't streamed since his latest disaster a week and a half ago.
TL;DR he got shitcanned at like 2pm on a Tuesday sipping his homemade wine and people bombarded him again with doordash orders and eventually someone called 911 on him and the cops/EMS did a welfare check on his blacked-out ass. it was great content.
cyphersholy shit i leave josh alone for 3 months and he’s already reinvented the borg
every doordash driver in casper must know dude’s address by now
Young_pattyWe got a new 7th grader at the school I work at. Kid has issues.
He can't stay organized, can't socialize right, can't keep up in class, has 0 work ethic, and has a huge attitude problem.
Turns out the kids parents pulled him out of public school to homeschool him for a couple of years, apparently they didn't use much of a curriculum and just taught him "life skills"- whatever tf that means.
Well, the same kid just took a state standardized test and got a score that's more on par with a 4th grader. Gotta love homeschooling! Clearly things like writing and PEMDAS were not apart of "life skills"- cause he can hardly do either.
Oh and the best part is, his parents wanted him to start a grade ahead. We wanted to hold him back a year and place him in 6th grade but his parents tweaked and argued he should actually be in 8th grade instead so we just stuck him in 7th.
Idek what we're gonna tell his folks either, like congrats- you've severely delayed your kids social and academic development by entire years so you could teach him "life skills".
profa_212There are very very very few parents that are able to properly homeschool their child. It's honestly disgusting how many idiots are pulling their kids out of school and setting their child up for complete and utter failure in life. Just teaching them "life skills".
It's going to be really interesting in 10 years when this wave of kids hits the real world and realize how fucked they are in education and social skills.

WoFlowzhad a very nice row today. Got a new used filippi single since one of the other kids on my teams parents bought him a new empacher with carbon riggers. me and him go to go a 3 x 29minute pyramid of 16-24 rate then back down. Pretty hyped the water was flat and we go to go out without the rest of the team and just talk and work on our own rowing.

SteezyYeeteri've dedicated myself to watching zootspace every day until the start of the season. completed 4 days so far. should get around 50-60 if it doesn't get old. i get shivers when the last song starts playing, it's really such a great movie.
also there was one clip on take 3 i really like, guy did a one foot 5050 to some sort of broken slide down a concrete wall, it was pretty cool.
