FakeKalmarD2's are all with the td5 here. There is around 6 Discos for sale in the whole country and only one of them is not rotten. D2 with 350k km is going for 13k. It's not a 13k car. If nice one pops up I could take a look. I don't think there good ones anymore. Our rust situation is not great.

Anyway clapped Defenders don't really exist. Those start from 20k-ish. Importing from Germany could have been an option until I did some calculations. Car tax on top of the car price would be around 10k€.
This country sucks major balls when it comes to interesting cars. Can't afford land cruisers, land rover supply is limited, other possible candidates are trashed by hunters. No V8s. No 4runners. No tacos. Just shitty diesel wagons and crossovers everywhere

I live in a more rural suburb and it's alright, have a partially wooded lot and nobody behind me. I don't see how people can live in ones where you gotta drive forever just to get out of the neighborhood. Also houses aren't too cookie cutter.

Yeah I guess they would probably just drive the car off the lot that day assuming that's an option. Sometimes financing things can take time, but what do I know.
And I haven't played any sort of victim card. I've only told the story, and requested answers and an apology. It was only after they refused to take any accountability or even give a simple apology, even after acknowledging it, that I began making a stink about things.
Because had things gone another way--the way they wanted it to go--I'd probably have a court date. Am I supposed to be ok with that?
And still--no apology, no answers, no communication.
