FreakSchoolerswhat colleges have good physics programs with skiing nearby
GayWolf420This Dad of a kid I used to coach won't stop sending me all this political content about Trump and while I don't necessarily like POTUS, I also don't really give a shit and wouldn't like my DM's blown up by some dude in his 40's posting Facebook reels.
SivvyDo you guys believe in premonitions and if a stranger has one about you would you want to know?

profa_212What the fuck was it lol
ModMommyRimming gif. It was nasty.
armchair_skierwest coast skiers will shit on east coast skiing after sitting in a 48hr traffic jam and paying for parking
SuperiorKalmarJesus fucking christ where is @eheath pls fix
GayWolf420Idk man. Out of over 15+ years of living in the west primarily in Ski Towns, most locals are EC transplants or from some part of the eastern/midwestern US and rarely have I heard people shit on the east. If anything, we all fucking hate on Texans or Californians.
SlushSeasonI hate midwesterners and new yorkers
Texans and most Californians suck too, but they're nowhere near as bad as the upper midwest and new york
theabortionatorAlso I must mention that iconic saga flannel went mia between Amsterdam and Denver. Now rocking a yellow and black. But damn. That hoodie was jacked but I'll still miss it lol
VTshredder69Not cool for us slaves in an office thanks for heads up at least.
SteezyYeeternooo that's so sad
also not about u, but whenever i see someone with saga in the wild they are usually buns. like not buns at park just full on jerry. it's kinda odd haha
Rock_InhabitantHeater of a Friday night. 4 hour hike with my #1 fella and then a hella long call with the sista across the pond. Plus some Minecraft with the other fellas and a potential invite to a very large sleepover with a bunch of dudes I do not know. We will see
SuperiorKalmarYou got invited to a huge gay orgy?
GayWolf420Is the front range really as bad as people talk about? It seems interesting to me. Especially the foothills with all the biking and yeah, 70 ski traffic does suck but it seems like a decent basecamp should someone want to get out of the country side, maybe go back to school/trade school/get a job certificate and get away from the ski town bubbles.
partyandBSin colorado springs now. been here for 3 days. everyone is fat and stupid. attire is sweatpants and a black shirt of a metal band. maybe downtown is sick but where my dad moved is the suburbs and it’s fuckin weird lol. i grew up 30 mins passed the burbs (now 10 because this place is exploding with people) in an unincorporated part of the county and im starting to remember why i left as soon as possible. everything is chain stores and strip malls. a lot of denver is like that too the farther you go from downtown. but the actual city part seems cool. so i guess I’ll stroll downtown c springs to see if it’s better
on a positive note, bitches be everywhere! housing is a breeze. jobs are seemingly plentiful. and your not trapped in a small town bubble. im def trying to move to denver and optimistic about the area and what is has to offer. my goal is to go in on a winter spot with a shit ton of people so i can go up on friday nights cause i70 blows.

SlowbroSaga wasn’t cool for the last 8 years or so it was around but all of the people just getting into the sport or on the periphery of the scene loved it.
Thegenericskiertwas the night before finals and not a creature was stirring not even a mouse, except for a lone Drew frantically getting his equation sheets dialed for the storm that is inbound tomorrow AM
SuperiorKalmarI have no idea what to do for mothers day. I don't want give her any pointless stuff. She can buy that with her own money. Lego flowers option was used last year. I'm not going to bake because my sister won't be here for mothers day.
OregonDeadActual flowers. I get my mom a hanging flower basket every year
BiffbarfGodspeed brotha you're gonna crush it

BradFiAusNzCoCaThe suburbs and some of the urban sprawl is lowkey depressing on the front range. But the cool neighborhoods are nice. Lots of housing and tons of activities. I love walking everywhere. I can’t stand ski traffic but life really isn’t bad down here. Just a different vibe and pace than ski towns. Good biking and skating here, from what I can tell

GayWolf420I only ask because I'm in dire need of a career change. I'd like to go back to Salt Lake because I truly do miss the combo of cool city neighborhoods and mountain life, but ski towns are also rough as hell to make a living in. I'd like to get back into school and/or look for some sort of work certificate/AAS degree in a field that will allow us to make some sort of a living, because to be honest the seasonal hourly stuff just isn't cutting it anymore.

muffMan.When I was looking at renting, we checked out Ken Caryl, most depressing thing ever lol, just straight gray townhome next to townhome, maybe a gas station in there. Would go insane there.
I do really like some of what Denver has going on, decent food, biking, and skateparks are cool. Being close to DIA for a flight is also solid. Denver isn’t that sketchy, just certain parts are. But yeah 70 traffic can suck, but what can yah do
BradFiAusNzCoCaTons of careers in Denver. Lot more options. Guess it’s what you want to get into. I am a believer in “fail forward”. So easy to have decision paralysis by overanalysis.
Yeah dude Ken Caryl is not exactly where I’d chose. I recently found out I was saying it wrong this entire time. I say “Ken Carl” and apparently it’s like “Ken Carrol” or something lmao
DIA is definitely convenient. I think Denver makes more sense when you look at the full picture and combo of things rather than a single thing.
