I'm all for it. Somebody OD'ed and died in front of my very eyes years ago. At the time, narcan was perscription only in my state. If it was available over the counter, I could have had some and they wouldn't be dead.

It doesn't solve the problem at all.....but it saves lives. Especially with fent going around as much as it is everyone should have it.
It's also free at most health depts for this reason. In some localities bars have been given a supply as well. Go for a quick bump in the bathroom and all the sudden you're dead.
If you have friends that partake in any sort of harder drugs I would suggest picking some up. Coke, pills, molly, anything really.

In my state you can pick up Narcan from any Walgreens for free I think. I honestly think it's a good thing to have Narcan readily available as it has saved my life and tons of others.
With that said it doesn't solve the problem but it does save lives
