Sheared the upper pulley wheel bolt. I was a few miles from the end of a long downhill, so I removed the chain and (mostly) coasted back to the car, only to realize that without the second bolt in place, the backside of the mech cage had been spinning around the lower pulley bolt on the descent and had deposited itself trail side somewhere back up the hill. Took an impromptu 90 minute trail run after the ride but recovered every single missing part- minus the original upper bolt which I think just exploded and turned into titanium dioxide

Sold my first dumptruck today. Started my company with it and it's been a really good truck. I'm getting sentimental about it and I've got that pit in my stomach. Sounds weird but it feels like the day after a breakup where you feel sick and still kinda wanna cry.
Even used it to sleep in the trollhougen parking lot late-night Friday.

In your suspension, for example, the spring returns the wheel after absorbing a bump but without a damper it'll continue to buck up and down if the spring return energy isn't absorbed somehow.

I’ve seen this sometimes prior to a renovation. They consolidate products in one area while they redo another. No idea if that’s the case here, of course

Yeah it's possible but they closed the ones in tahoe and carson reno like 2 years ago.
