i have two pairs of marksman. One that’s exclusively skied street and park on for almost 5 years and i’ve only lost a little edge on foot. The other is a pow/heavy touring setup with cast and has absolutely nothing wrong with them 5 years later

Nah this was at 2am. Sometimes in the day but not really and they wouldn't come in with a lot of people. I'm thinking the front door. It has a latch so prolly figured out how to open it. Hoping they fix it so it doesn't get too used to trash cans and people.
First gens are the best. Tuned mine with a ratchet strap, 4x4 block, a flat head screw driver and a big piece of cardboard to shut it down when it runs away.

if social media were skis, linkedin would be a pow ski. it’s important to have it in your quiver cause when the snowfalls (you need a job or to hire someone) it’s a good tool to help out with it. if its your daily driver you are probably a japow skier (recruiter) or pro backcountry skier (companies or industry updates). if it’s your daily driver no matter the conditions then your probably the gear head jerry who does more talking than skiing (posts how every little thing is motivational or related to leadership, etc.) it’s great for checkin the avy forecast and staying familiar with the terrain changes even if you aren’t going out anytime soon (job board/getting a sense of the market)
Sold my first dumptruck today. Started my company with it and it's been a really good truck. I'm getting sentimental about it and I've got that pit in my stomach. Sounds weird but it feels like the day after a breakup where you feel sick and still kinda wanna cry.
Even used it to sleep in the trollhougen parking lot late-night Friday.
