Waking up before 3am to walk to the airport never that fun. Walk wasn't too bad. Had a bit of a stitch up with air canada. They changed my flight 8-10 times whole in NZ. Once about 10 days ago. Didn't get any confirmation or pre flight emails.
Got a ticket when i tried to check in that I didnt have an eticket number. Was a lil stressed because missing this flight would be bad.
Heavy things are always stressful but had the ski gear and other bag pretty dialed before I came. Not too much hassle.
Always feel huge relief when the gear is checked. Ski gear is so damn heavy lol.

Yeah pretty standard. Good with ski gear. Nothing special nothing bad. Just normal decent air travel.
The ski gear thing is a big perk with airlines for me. I only do southern hem season on airlines that don't suck for that.
Paying like 25 USD for wifi for a 14 hour flight atm so not bad. Got the movies on the screen and have podcasts on the phone but decent deal for a long flight.
I like Air NZ just saying its nothing special. Should be a good flight for ya!!
