Why are line skis so shit?

I’m okay with the characteristics of the honey badgers, but after 3 days getting warmed up for the year in the park (simple shit) the topsheet is chipped and scratched like I’ve ridden them for years. Should have spent the extra money for ON3Ps

Pair of brand new sick day 110's delaminated to the binding after a month one time :(.

But I also had sfb's for 6 years and loved them to death so I say line = good

I'll beat the fuck outta this dead horse. I've owned more pairs of Lines than any other brand and have very few bad (but understandable) experiences. The cheaper Lines I've had; Honey Badger, Tiger Snake, Invader, etc.. have had durability issues but they were price point shit, tbh. When I've bought nicer skis; SFB, Sick Day Tourist, Sick Day 104, Supernatural 108, Mordecai; those have held up. I skied the long ass Sierra Summer on my Sick Day 104's(touring) and Supernatural 108's(inbounds), through rocks pumice and dirt and they held up great. From June-September I probably skied 40 days on those skis combined and they both still look good, I had to tune 'em but they're still sliding good.

NGL I hate the fact that you had to make a form to tarnish a company... butttt my blends were awfully flimsy and had SERIOUS damage within a month. The blends are definitely not "price-point"/entry level either. The skis were so damn fun though which is tragic

I don’t think anyone is complaining that Line skis should look perfect even if skied Park.

The complaint is really how long they last before they need to get tossed.

Im picky about treating my stuff well. But with boots, skis and bindings I know scratches are apart of the territory. My new $400 Look Pivots got a huge white scratch first time skiing them with no poles (to help take the bindings off), I’m not upset about it.

It’s okay buddy. For future reference, people will get annoyed with people who complain about common issues. Also Line has deep roots in park skiing and your claim that they are “shit” is a bit bold and unrealistic and will probably and has probably triggered some people

Why is this a cockfest about destroying skis ? The Line honeybadger is a lightweight playful ski which holds a fun characteristic to intrigue entry level skiiers, running a set of honey badgers to their limit doesnt take long especially for a skiier that has experience. ON3P offers a high level park ski with imacculate performance and strength if youre looking for a ski that will be able to handle park riding with ease, i wouldnt go as far as to say that Line is a terrible brand because they have better skis to offer and have skis that can and will easily hold up to abuse from the park however the honey badger isny built to handle it
