vermontanaI picked up some WC101s last spring and went +1 for easier spin-ability, but in hindsight wish I went rec as I realized I just don't spend as much time in the park as I used to. I'd say it depends if you're looking for higher all-mtn speed limit, or prioritize jibbing/spinnig.

cbraun21Lookin to pick up the death wish 112's for a few stops out west at Big Sky. I'm 5'10 and about 170, used to skiing long ass skis with a good bit of rocker(vishnu's, mango's) should I send it with the 179 or 184?

PartyBullshiit184 all day if your use to longer sticks. 179 would be fine if your trying to strictly use it in trees or tight places.

triple camber skis short anyways. I have the 104 and 112 in 184

jsternLooking for the 2021 Commander 118 in a 188, would maybe settle for 182. I'd love this specific model year with the flatter tail. Let me know if anyone have any leads.

hot.pocketPretty darn sure we never changed the Commander 118 during it's two year run.

jsternAh gotcha, I remember the 108 changing a lot from the owl to the wolf topsheet in terms of rocker and taper so i figured the 118 would be the same story? Guess not.

jsternlooks like the owl one was aspen/ash and the wolf one was poplar/beech?

Pikachu.The hype is real folks. I’ve only had two days on snow with these bad boys, but my expectations have already been exceeded. The have such confidence instilling edge hold while somehow also being so easy to scrub/pivot/mess around on that I don’t even need to think about transitioning between the two. Some truly unbelievable stuff - I’m a real fanboy now.
