had 3 week x rays and follow up for broken hand today. Doc was literally shocked at how much it had already healed according to the x rays. feelsgoodman
Disco slipped a sleeve right after i picked it up and has been in the shop since. dude owns the shop and is talking about giving me my money back since it was his personal car and has his name/shop behind it. Pretty real of him tbh. Def the most fun car to drive from his place to my house and then slip a cylinder once it got plates 😭

the cylinder sleeve gets to hot and moves upward, usually cracking the aluminium block which isn’t as tolerant to heat as a steel. Technically not the cylinder it’s self, just the sleeve. There is a possibility It could be a bent rod or rocker. He’s gotta pull it apart to find out for me. Hoping it’s just a rod but if the block got to hot it’s trashed then.
Found a nice manual 93‘ tdi discovery with 120k on it for a decent price I could get instead. Or there’s always the possibility of dropping a LS into the current disco

WoFlowzthe disco did have 168,000 miles on it. Not leaking any coolant and didn’t lose oil pressure so it may just be a rod. but yeah lol like two weeks

Anyone here use power automate? I know there's other low code offerings out there but this is what my work has because M365 everything. It's a pretty cool app for the most part.

can't support the way he promoted his philosophy, but once our digital society is fully commandeered by AI we'll all be wishing we listened a bit more closely
