Ive been "diagnosed" by my therapists throughout the years. But they really cant technically diagnose ya know. Every adhd quiz/exam I have it by a solid mile, but I have never talked to a doc or psych about it. Honestly I don't even know which one I would go to. What does that process look like?
Ive been doing really good in life and school with procrastination and hyper fixation, but those two don't really work in the real world I have discovered. Never really looked into actual meds to help, but it might be time tbh
yeah dude. felt the same way originally, and the parents were like “yeah this will fix your brain” and i didn’t really buy it.
but once i was on a regimen it was night and day. just so much easier to break thought patterns - especially the ones that wanted me to spend all day on insta.
there’s a fine line between hopelessly ADD and tweaking out but once you find it it’s a lot more manageable. i suggest at least trying a low dose addy prescription and seeeing what it does. saves me a bunch of time
just talk to you doc about adderall or similar alternatives. they all kinda work the same, as long as you’re not overdoing it pretty much any meds will snap you out of the doomscroll

Just signed another year lease for my $900 studio 35 min from aspen making this the longest Ill live in a place without moving since I was 18. Kinda wish I could live more around Frisco but they dont pay as well as this valley. Cant imagine struggling for housing in Utah, place is a shithole, why dont you just leave? I didn't have any post season depression this year, probably because I hurt my knee enough I couldn't bend it so I had to snowboard the last third of the season and was mostly stuck on runs.

Shit like this really gets me going. Love not paying any taxes. Makes me feel like a true Texan. Sometimes Ill go burn some oil, shoot my gun and have a BBQ to celebrate this but today I feel a sick.
I really hate this "Having to move every summer" thing every year. I moved 3 times in 2022 and have been living out of my tubs of clothes ever since last July.
I also kinda want to sell my bike even though its like the only thing I look forward too in the summer to pay for a security deposit.

Last day of high school tomorrow. Gonna be bitter sweet as I never really cared for highschool (covid having major sway) but some of the kids i run into on a day to day basis I will miss. I guess that’s just life tho

I didn't realize how short night time was in the summer til I drove all the way through it twice. Something hits different about a 5 am sunrise next to a creek in the rocky mountains tho ❤️

Feel this. Spent many nights driving watching the sun come up with beautiful scenery off to the distance.
The night time here is super short. Sunrise at 4:22am and Sunset at 10:08pm today. Officially dark about midnight and then it starts to lighten up around 3:30.
