Agreed! The shops I worked for supplied the specialty tools, such as engine stands, computer diagnostic equipment, suspension tools etc. etc. But for basic sockets, ratchets and such, it was supply your own. Makes you appreciate them a bit more and you tend not to loan them out as much when you buy good quality tools.

I've only been reading graphic novels lately, so I decided to cop a "big boy book" and read something I wouldn't normally go for, so I snagged a copy of "Ulysses"
So far it definitely feels like one of those books that everyone wants to have read, but no one actually likes reading.
Idek wtf it's supposed to be about, lot of it is pretty slow, but some of the writing is absolutely sublime.
This excerpt is what made me buy it in the first place:

First of all, you should know what you want. Business up front, party in the back, mohawk, clipper cut, etc. If it is just a basic cut, you can go to dollar cuts or one of those quick/walk in places and most likely be fine. If you want to get something more stylish, it is best to go to an actual hair dresser for that special cut and allow them to do it the way you want it. Remember, you get what you pay for.
