I’ve considered buying a mtn twin.. tides low so I might as well learn to board. It’d be good for me.
Hot deal for sure. I just bot a pair of candide 4.0s myself. In the meantime, I've had two friends break these soft boards in the past week unfortunately. And another friend lose a heelpiece off his kingpins mid run in pow. All low tide hitting rocks situations. Hope we have better luck

Do ittt.....eurocarves for life. Pure sex. Love them almost as much as digging trenches on skis. Might try to spend a pow day or 2 on the board this season too
All the boards I've been riding have been shorter park boards with almost no nose....i used to dig tip so hard and that was like 90% of my falls.....stoked to have something with an actual nose.
Blew my first paycheck of the year. I've been dying to get out touring this winter but between breaking my ankle and having to sell my old setup to fund moving, I've been stuck on the couch and the lifts. But fear not, there are many touring sessions in my near future!

it took me approx 1 1/2 weeks to get back to normal and the anesthesia used gave me temp short term memory loss
took about 5 days to get into working condition though

I was back at school the next day after mine and my mom had her pulled during a lunch break and was back to work that day.
This happened a few weeks ago. After spending the last 3.5 years with no car, I'm extremely excited for my first winter where I'm not always relying on other people for rides. Also, if anyone's built out a Forester to sleep in, let me know.
Replaced my old diy 16:9 projector screen and dying projector with a "real" screen at 2.35:1 and new to me projector. The screen was originally bought by the guy for $1600 and the projector was $2500. I got them both for $600. It was too good of a deal to pass up.
