Lincoln loop guidance

I need help to figure out side flips. Outside of skis side flips are my thing. I can throw em down on any cliff, sick , trampoline or whatever. But as soon as the get on the twigs it just becomes impossible. I included a video of me trying it on skis a few years ago where I set it way to far forward. But anyone got some tips? Should I set it further back? Should I even tuck in air ?
