I have been living in Salt Lake City, Utah this fall. This video is shot at Brighton Resort and Pebble Creek Ski Area. Thanks for the support from Panda Poles and Lib Technologies. I do not own the rights to this song. This song is owned or licensed by UMG. Thanks to Orie Katsilometes, Tyler Praska, and Jan Kelly for filming. Self edited.
I have fun on my skis
With the Olympics coming up, I decided it was time to bring a new seriousness to my skiing. Here is what I have come up with.
I went home for the the three day weekend and had a lot of fun with the old crew riding the legendary Pebble Creek! Thanks Davis Gove, for filming. Sander Hadley-in the red cap/drug rug/black pants Bo Ferro-Orange and Brown Oakley Suit Matt Tsakrios- Carharrt Working Mans
A couple cliff drop slaps from Brighton. I was testing out my new Replay XD camera and 4frnt Turbo's. Unfortunately I found bombholes instead of success. Fun day!
Tansnowman spends the day cruisin' around his old stompin' grounds--Pebble Creek Ski Area--with Panda Poles tribe member Sander Hadley (also a Pebble Creek local). Only 2 hours north of Salt Lake City, this place is a hidden gem...
Got some pow at Powder Mountain. First day of the year did not suck. Riders, Sander Hadley & Seamus Foster
The 2012/2013 Winter is off and sliding. Saw some good snow in December around Idaho and Utah. January has been cold and clear, providing great park conditions and snow has been able to stick around in the city. This is a collection of shots gathered from 11/9/12-1/17/13. Locations include Pocatello, Idaho, Pebble Creek Ski Area, Salt Lake City, Utah, Rail Gardens, Snowbird and Park City. Artist: The Yardbirds Song: Psycho Daisies

I went home last weekend in search of bottomless pow and limitless urban, the universe had other intentions. The main lift at Pebble Creek was not running and snow was limited in town. This is a short collection of shots that we did get. Music by Grass Mirror http://grassmirror.bandcamp.com/album/pocatello
Few laps at Brighton Yesterday. Shot on Canon t3i with Rokinon 8mm fisheye
My roommate and I traveled to Sun Valley, Idaho for a couple of days during our spring break to ride Dollar Mountain. We were greeted with 50+ degree temperatures and top notch features. Huge thanks to Jan Kelly and Jeremy Lato for the shots. We pulled out the camera for a couple of hours during our second day there. Jan did the follow the shots, Jeremy was posted up on the knuckles of the jumps with a crane setup. Shot on Canon T3i with a Rokinon 8mm
My winter 2012/2013 season edit. Edited by Sander Hadley
Spent May 1st-22nd living out of my car around Oregon shredding at Timberline. Here is some footage from a couple of laps on a sunny day and some rainy day cell phone laps. Would've liked to have gotten more, however hot lappin' was just too fun to grab the camera most days.
Bloomington Lake is one of Southeast Idaho's best kept secrets featuring summer snow, a rope swing, cliff jumping and great fishing. Located 45 minutes west of Paris, Idaho via dirt road, it was only a short two hour trip from our hometown of Pocatello, Idaho. This video features the antics of Bo Ferro, Sander Hadley and Matt Tsakrios. pandapoles.com
Two December afternoons off of the Wildcat chairlift at Alta Ski Area. Editing: Sander Hadley
Part 1 of 2 features my favorite skiing shots that I collected throughout the year 2013. Part 2, coming in the near future, will provide a look into individual trips and the raw footage from them. Thanks to my parents, family, friends and sponsors.
The afternoons of January 23rd and 24th, 2014
The skiing didn't suck in Utah this past month.
This month, my world was turned upside down. My best friend, my hero, my father, Kirk Hadley passed away. Skiing and family (not limited to blood) have been my rocks during this wild month, my deepest meditative forms. Although I didn't get to ski as much as I have in past months, the times I did get to this month were very special. My good friend, Ryan Mooney, shot me, Bo Ferro and Chance Larkin enjoying a couple of those special days at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. The family that I have accumulated through the ski community makes each day on the hill a joy. Thank you. Also, big thanks to my sponsors for making me a part of their families.
My entry for PBP's Undiscovered contest.
You may be thinking, hey, Sander is "discovered", why would he enter this contest? Truth is, I am yet to make a dollar off of skiing or have any sort of legitimate relationship with a production company. I wasn't planning on entering until PBP announced that if you make less than $25,000 a year off of skiing and it isn't your main source of income that you could enter. So I did. There are a handful of solid entries, I strongly encourage you to check them out. You can vote once daily! Thanks for being you, NS.
Ostlay is pig latin for lost. My father passed away May 3, 2014. He was my best friend and biggest supporter. His passing left me in a lost state of mind all of last winter. He always laughed about being required to take a dead language (pig latin) in high school.
Here are the highlights from when the camera did end up coming out. I'm happy to say I am in a much more peaceful place nowadays and continue to live on as his legacy. Cheers to the lost ones, thanks for the inspiration.

MSP Films athlete edit from "Ruin and Rose." Stoked to share a part with Seany J and Noah Wallace.
Sean and I spent time skiing pillows at Golden Alpine Holidays with Hoji, Markus Eder, Michelle Parker and T Rains. Epic crew that I learned a lot from.
Sure was a mind fu$% being thrown straight into the mix at a backcountry lodge only touring. It was a very humbling experience. Pillow skiing is extremely difficult. Watching Hoji ski in person is like watching professional skateboarding with your own eyes, it's mind blowing. T Rains is a true master jedi. Markus slays in all aspects. Michelle rips hard.
Sean and I then went to Tahoe. Our trip got the plug pulled on it after just 2 days and 1 road gap session in as temperatures climbed into the 50's.
Sean and Noah got to session the Whistler jump. Looks like things went off. Awesome to see Sean's classic style in the air and Noah bringing his own spice too.
Big thanks to Scott Hibbert at Under Armour for making this stuff happen.
"Feelin Fine" a collection of shots from December & January at Pebble Creek, Alta, LCC/my front yard.

Went to the north island of Hokkaido for 20 days back in January 2019. We rented an RV, skied lots of powder and tried to figure out what exactly is a ditch panther. Skiers include, Willie Nelson, Conor Pelton & Sam Watson. Shot on iPhones and GoPros.

We set out at the beginning of last season with a vision to make a project that was fully created by us. Skiing, music, film, edit--with full control of how we want our skiing to be portrayed, we came up with a piece that shows how much fun it is to just have a camera, friends, and some good snow.
Full release for free online on October 22nd.
