A couple years ago I started out on this film making journey, it doesn't seem like that long ago but when I look back and see the path that I have walked this far, I realize how much has changed. Over this time I have met some of the most incredible persons from the entire world, numbers are exactly that, numbers, but what really matters is interacting with people, hearing their story, making these people not just another number, a human, a human with a name, a story, and dreams just like me, I want you to know that you all affect me more then you will ever understand, and I thank you for sharing your stories with me just like I try to share my stories with you, if I am able to do what I love so much, videos, and help others along the way, then I have created something that matters, I've created art.

MAAD Maude 2.2

In between traveling & finishing rehab on my new knee, I spent some good times getting stronger on my skis in Colorado. I?m happy to call Breckenridge my home this season as Breck & Keystone park are always on point. It has been a bit if a struggle to get my head clear again, & a lot of work to ski with ease and trust myself. Its quite a challenge to find the balance to link my head, body & filming all together & try to push it a little more everyday. I am glad to put out a little transition edit with the song I?ve had on repeat in my car & ear buds for a month straight haha! I?m in California now making an edit in the sun! Keep it real, Maude ?

Nestled in the Republic of Georgia's Caucasus Mountains is the bucolic village of Ushguli. This town is the backdrop to this simple vignette about a Georgian teenager who likes to ski. Armed with only meagre tools, 15 year-old Gigi Charqseliani takes us on a harrowing ride down his favourite after-school run. In a region plagued by the usual hardships of rural life, Gigi shows us that all it takes is a little mettle and a lot of heart to experience the simple escapes of gliding on snow.
