        Value

pricey at first but for the durability it is an excellent value

        Characteristics

Moderatly Stiff not race ski stiff though

        Durability

I have not taken them into the park. All mountain ripper and stable in the pow

        Overall

Great allmtn ski (allmtn. piste, park and hardlayer)

        Performance

Very good on everything besides pow where they cant stand up against bigger skis, but still performes well

        Design

Who cares? Plus for the top layer, easy to carry when the skis are snowy.

        Value

If you have the right contacts you always have a nice price ;)

        Characteristics

        Perfect allroundski for nordic mountains.
Hard flex and excellent grip. It's a shame that they've soften it up.

        Durability

        So far, so good.

        Overall

best ski i have ever owned, identical to the 06 07 version(except for the topsheet) so i would reccomend either of those years versions very strongly

        Performance

awesome performance, theyre good in almost all conditions if youre skiing more than 8-10 inches of powder than look for something wider but as a one quiver ski they did great, a little bit of a poor performance in the bumps, if your skiing alot of bumps get something softer,

        Design

the topsheets pretty cool, i was kinda turned off at first cause its all sandpapery but it hasnt chipped yet so its cool, overall these skis always felt great riding them

        Value

well i got mine for 150 with bindings and 3 days on them so it was an awesome deal, but if u can find an 06-07 pair(theyre the same except the graffic) on sale i would grab em up

        Characteristics

Theyre pretty stiff but still lively, not very good if you want to butter around a bunch or are spending most of your time in the park but they hold like no other ski ive ever skiied and dont chatter at all

        Durability

i skiied these for about 60 days this year and they have held up great, i regularly wax them myself and tune up my edges but the bases are pretty solid and the ski is ready for another season

        Overall

Great ski to ride on, my favorite twin tip i have been on. Salomon cant compare. The only issue is, my Blue FIRST generation 1080's are still kicking around and i abuse them so much off the mountain, and they have not crapped out yet, and i have had too bumbed Karma's in 14 days of riding. I wouldnt recomend them, but then again, i dont know what else i would prefer performance wise. Its cool that they are replacing them, but how long is it going to go on?

        Performance

Overall good, they are fast, yet very capable for all around skiing. Dont seem to hold up to aggressive skiing

        Value

I paid $600 in March of 06 to have them new for this year. I got a decent deal but they have had structual issues in a short time period

        Characteristics

Stiffer than a Salomon, but not extra stiff. Flexes really nice in heavy turns.

        Durability

They just wont hold up. Skied on them for 7 days and the tip of one of them split apart. Volkl hooked me up with a replacement ski, and three days on that one it came apart too. I think the 06/07's may be better but i wouldnt take the risk. Volkl has been good to deal with. Hopefully ill have a new pair soon.
