I used the SI and I touring system for an entire season living up in Alta last winter, and then all of May in Colorado. I used it for long tours, short tours, cliffs, in bounds jumps, hardpack, and almost everything in between

The system is the answer to having a one ski quiver binding system. If you want to tour, and ski in bounds on one binding setup, you have to this binding. I understand the Kingpin and the Beast are other options, but no system allows you to ski on a normal binding without sacrificing weight.

You can use almost any binding you want with this system.
