Thoughts on rockering skis.

K so i had the spur of the moment idea. Im goin to hood this summer and ive noticed that all the hood thugz are reppin the skinny rockered skis. So i thought to myself, im pretty hood, i need some rockered skiny skis cuz my chopstick are just way to wide! So i took my brand new volkl walls and drove my truck on them to give em sum rocker. So far its working pretty well. i just wanted some other opinions.

Pretty good idea hey.

Lol. I don't know if that can be called rockering rather than folding them in half, but walls with a total riding surface of just a few inches would be teh ub3r pwnz0rz.

well........... we just went to check ma skis out and this is what happened. Damn, what am i going to ski on now. is anybody whilling to donate some skis or giv me one 171 volkl wall. well im glad this is funny to you all.

See if you can get them warrantied. Most ski companies cover things like automobile rockering damage in their warranties.

haha that's awsome, i actually did it last year with a pair of armada ARV 165s cause i was to small for fat powder ski... they turned out pretty good though, that's is for skiing pow and pow only, once i started hitting cliffs and backcountry booters they feel apart. luckily enough now i;m big enough for a rockerd JJ, man i love that ski!

well......

this is newschoolers, and an experienced skier like myself knows that you dont base how well you know skiing based on how high your "post count" is. So what if i havent posted many replies to threads. I just wanted to show everybody my amazing idea that turned out not as i had hoped. But i guess i wont be expecting any replacement skis from you.

if i where somebody with a really really high post count i wouldnt be to stoked on myself cuz that just prooves how much time i would be spending on ns when i could be out skiiing. catch my drift.

Yeah because everyone can go skiing every evening or every day in the summer...
