Yes I've been tracking the evolving charcuterie trend since it hit a few years ago during the diy pandemic. It still dominates the food trends. First it was just regular charcuterie, then pizza/sandwich/taco/bagel/other byo themed boards, then "girl dinner" mini-cuterie individual portion, and now its deluxe boss level sea-cuterie!

Idk where else it has to go after this... maybe asian flavor boards like a Chinese, Indian, or Vietnamese?
