Ok so this is prbly a terrible idea and I’m not gonna do it but could you ski with mismatched binding pieces like an attack toe piece and pivot heel piece
I’ve heard people saying this is a bad idea due to stand height and other stuff. But maybe both bindings have a certain tolerance and way they operate internally. Say, one binding is more elastic than the other and moves more. Pairing them together could cause pre-release or no release.
from what I could find, its not increasing stack height by much if anything. here's the profile for the demo protector heel and the demo attack heel (they don't have a non-demo/track version of the protector on the source for my pics)

Yea I didn’t think abt them being demo bindings those look sick
Wow, these deserve their own thread for discussion. It would be a game changer if these worked well, if they don't they'll be another pair of knee bindings gathering dust on retail shelves.
Many people realize that but many also don’t on this website. I think Pivots are okay with a lot of misconceptions because it helps them sell.
When I bought pivots for the first time in 2016, I legit thought they prevented knee injury because they twisted… I have since learned. Still think they’re kick ass but that was a big one to swallow
ethanshredzPivots don't release laterally from the heel. I can't believe this misconception is still going around, especially with how hard NS froths over them.

If I knew more about them I’d have started a thread. I’m surprised it’s not come up in the 22/23 gear thread.
I spoke to the Tyrolia dealer about them but he’s not got round to coming and giving a demo yet.

Tried next year's Head Kores with this binding on them. Couldn't tell much of a difference in terms of weight compared to the Attacks. Pretty nifty design!
