What is arguably the most shit-your-bibs line at your resort?
i’ve never taken any true sketchy runs before but my first ever run at bridger my homie took me down high cascade when it was icy and i was skiing edgeless magnus 90s.

not fun
Conditions and equipment play a huge part in how much fun you can have on the ridge or high-t lol. flat light and/or ice turns into survival skiing real quick

Rambo at Crested butte. Steepest uncut run in North America (maybe world). So much so I haven’t brought myself to tackle it yet. Maybe this will be the year
Profahoben_212Palisades at squaw a buck af too. Nothing quite like standing at the top of them.
The cirque at Kirkwood even though it's closed to public now
Holy shit the cirque. Have you skied it before? I know people go up there in the spring after the resort closes. Ski patrol pulls passes if they catch someone these days

Sure have. I'm one of the lucky few! got a few 6am lines with patrol when working for Tahoe freeride setting up the 4* venue. Got way out skiers left and it's absolutely insane. Had to throw a few barriers in you fall you die territory hopturning above 60footers.
Best runs of my life. Ended up getting everything all set up early and caught a cat up for a few more runs in more moderate terrain....which was still crazy gnarly

Damn bro kudos. That’s a sick story. Anyone who’s seen that face knows how gnarly it is. There’s a reason it’s been on the FWT
There's a good amount of this type of stuff at Taos, but early season Sauza, when they give you a rope to walk down the steep rocks if you don't want to jump a decent sized cliff (should be able to see the rope on the right) is some of the more testy stuff I've skied. Once the narrow chute fills in its a little more tame but skiing above that crux can get the nerves up.
Once the snowpack is deeper, maybe Staufenburg Trib is harder, not sure. https://www.newschoolers.com/videos/watch/1019187/GH010151-avi
GarlicDaddyTrying to navigate the hoards of Summit County is bad enough, but whe A basins 2nd notch isn't filled in at the top, it's the poop chute for sure.
There's some spicy enough lines at Crystal. I guess like anywhere else depends what you want to hit and the snow that season. I keep it pretty mellow these days though.
Pretty much anything off the Marte lift in Las Lenas ARG could kill you. Hell, even the lift ride itself is pretty terrifying . Sin Salida (Without Exit) is literally above a 200 ft cliff. No fall run indeed. Not my home resort but I've skied there a few times, and I can tell you there are very few places in the world with that kind of lift serviced terrain.

Yo no hate one Rambo, but there's definitely scarier lines on the menu at CB than that run
Skibowl outback is comically underrated. This is the lowest elevation ski area at mount hood. This face is technically out of bounds, but It's adjacent to a very similar face that's a 5 minute sidecountry bootpack, and you can easily access both of them from the lift without touring equipment.
Out the gates there's dozens to consider, but inbounds named runs…. S&S which is next to corbets. It’s like jumping from a 3 story window into an armchair with a 90 degree turn in the air.
The lookers left entrance S&M is larger and thus more dangerous, but rarely performed. The lookers right wallride is also sick but s&s is a classic that gets hit several times after every storm once “in”. You have to sign out by ski patrol to even go look at it from above

s&s has most resorts beat. I did a couple seasons in the village and had the balls to ski central and send corbets pretty big, but s&s is something else
hunternay_10Whatcha think? I honestly couldn’t think of another one but that’s also Bc I’ve been scared of that run since I was 2 and saw it for the first time
I mean it's steep as fuck I won't deny that! But I think that Spellbound, Headwall, and Peak all offer more stout lines, stuff with cliffs and chutes yknow
