Here's the Shit, (which I've been saying now for years.)

No if's, and's, or but's.
Hard Drugs ain't Cool Anymore. Alcohol is for Losers. Cigs are for Losers. Processed Foods are for Losers.
I say this because They Harm the Body. Any amount Harms the Body. And Without the body functioning Properly, YOU CAN'T SKI. And Skiing is the Reason you're Reading this and I'm Writing this.
Now I want to be Specific here, Everything Ingested by the Body is a Drug. This Includes Food and Gases too. Dairy Products like Cheese and Milk hit the same Receptors as Opioids. Dairy has a similar Chemistry to Opioids. Similar Chemistry causes Similar effects. Dairy is just another form of Opioid.
So with this understanding, we need to be Aware of what we put into our body, because we all know the fate of the Pill Head, of the Obese Person, of the Chronic Smoker or Drinker. And these Fates DON'T Align with Skiing. These People DON'T Ski. They imbibe in Drugs rather than gettin Sendy. The Drugs end up taking priority. The Dirty Pleasure steals the Pure Pleasure. So Don't fall into this Socially Persuasive Trap.
But there are Less Hard Drugs/ Beneficial Drugs, especially if used Consciously. Fruit is a Diet Drug. It's still foreign Chemistry the body has to mitigate, but Organic Simple Chemistry is easier to Deal with than Inorganic Complex Chemistry. Plus it brings in Chemistry that the body can also Use for Cleaning. Herbs are another Example of this.
I Preach Fruit, Herbs, Psychedelics, & Piss haha. Yes, Piss, because these Drugs are the Most Gentle on the Body while also being the Most Potent to your Experience. They have changed my life INCREDIBLY for my own Benefit. But keep in mind, to Change the Drugs you ingest is to also change your Lifestyle. And changing Habitual Patterns takes Conscious Time, Effort, & Patience. So it will be an undertaking you will forever remember in this life.

This is the Answer to the Future. Clean Foods, Clean Body, Pleasurable Skiing. So Consider making the Transition. It should not be over night. The Transition is a Lifestyle. Living Life everyday, and experiencing how your habits treat you. It's a slow process. And Only make the changes to a healthier alternative when it seems more fun to. Never transition with the mentality of impatience and of Loss. It's okay to keep bad habits until you find a No-Brainer Solution to end them.
