I say this because They Harm the Body. Any amount Harms the Body. And Without the body functioning Properly, YOU CAN'T SKI. And Skiing is the Reason you're Reading this and I'm Writing this.

Now I want to be Specific here, Everything Ingested by the Body is a Drug. This Includes Food and Gases too. Dairy Products like Cheese and Milk hit the same Receptors as Opioids. Dairy has a similar Chemistry to Opioids. Similar Chemistry causes Similar effects. Dairy is just another form of Opioid.

So with this understanding, we need to be Aware of what we put into our body, because we all know the fate of the Pill Head, of the Obese Person, of the Chronic Smoker or Drinker. And these Fates DON'T Align with Skiing. These People DON'T Ski. They imbibe in Drugs rather than gettin Sendy. The Drugs end up taking priority. The Dirty Pleasure steals the Pure Pleasure. So Don't fall into this Socially Persuasive Trap.

But there are Less Hard Drugs/ Beneficial Drugs, especially if used Consciously. Fruit is a Diet Drug. It's still foreign Chemistry the body has to mitigate, but Organic Simple Chemistry is easier to Deal with than Inorganic Complex Chemistry. Plus it brings in Chemistry that the body can also Use for Cleaning. Herbs are another Example of this.
I Preach Fruit, Herbs, Psychedelics, & Piss haha. Yes, Piss, because these Drugs are the Most Gentle on the Body while also being the Most Potent to your Experience. They have changed my life INCREDIBLY for my own Benefit. But keep in mind, to Change the Drugs you ingest is to also change your Lifestyle. And changing Habitual Patterns takes Conscious Time, Effort, & Patience. So it will be an undertaking you will forever remember in this life.

zuesSpeaking of which I’ve been lifting and cardioing 4-5 days a week. Limited my drinking. I still smoke pot but not a lot. My meals are usually chicken kale broccoli rice or some combo of that. Clean eating means clean body which builds energy and builds muscle stamina and everything good. For me drinking is the hardest to conquer bit I’ve cut down substantially in the past 3 months.

I_BohrmannYou should check out the @kneesovertoesguy on insta. dont start it untill you are at least six months out of surgury. I started it three weeks ago, I had surgury in june. I was told I would never get full flexion of my knee but three weeks in my knees feel great, and I can sit on my feet. There is no reason the retear rates should be 20%. Also check out wesly wang. Great phisical therapist and athetic trainer.
