Does Tanner Hall Have Good Style?

this man has the best style, bc no other 36 y/o is sending the way that dude does, and if you watch him actually ski, that dude sends the craziest lines in some pretty sketch conditions. mad respect for him.

OP is young and doesn't understand that some of us watched his segment in session 1242 until the disc broke. I for one think Tanner is the GOAT in many regards of skiing. Ask any pro skier today and they will tell you Tanner is their #1 inspiration such as Henrik, B-Dog, etc. I went to my first X-Games in 2007 and remember watching Tanner stomp the cleanest halfpipe run and being mind blown. Then the man dips out of the competition scene and destroys technical backcountry lines showing everyone how good he really is at all aspects of skiing. He's blown out both of knees, obliterated both of his ankles and stepped up to chads gap last year. Put some respect on his name, and if my post didn't do it for you watch Like A Lion.

Apparently copying each other like a cult of scarecrows is considered as style and someone skiing with their own developed style that's been molded after two decades is considered as whack.

I miss the days when we could drown children with such low IQs instead of dealing with their bullshit opinions like what they consider as style.

The truth is Tanner may not be the most stylish skier in 2019 but in reality he basically invented the current newschool ski style and irked a lot of people when he first did it. His "Gorilla Steeze" royally pissed off the conservative ski community back in the early 2000s. Tanner is literally patient zero and template for the style that park skiing has built over the last 2 decades.

style is subjective...

Although I think it goes with out saying T-Hall has style and was/still is someone at the forefront of our sport pushing the fact that style matters.

Tanner has style for days.. but in reality it has gotten a little more sketch style over the years.. 1242 Tanner was prime time for style.

TRVP_ANGELI fucking hate Tanner Hall's style. Skiing used to be this graceful endeavor and he has to come out on the scene with his pot smoking punk ass attitude and gorilla stance like he is hot shit. Its really a disgrace if you ask me and the worst part is all the kids trying to emulate him in the park.

T has the smoothest style in the game. His part in ski movie 3 opened my eyes to style. There is a permanent burn mark on my copy from watching it so often.

Even today, the guy can slay big mountain and make it look so easy.

YO Session 1242 was on repeat back in the day. Shook Ones pt. II hits different because of that film.
