Can these boots be repaired???
I really enjoy my Lange XC 120's. So much so that I bought a custom foam liner from bootdoctor (similar to surefoot) which was pretty expensive. Unfortunately, a few weeks later an internal heel piece broke. I think its associated with the ski/walk mode. I've attached a few photos. Does anyone think this is fixable or should I get a new boot?
how long have you had the boots? bring them back to the shop where you got them, you may be covered by warranty
Should be an easy fix. Probably just needs the rivet drilling out and a new one or a star nut and screw put back in.
That looks like the piece that gives you more forward lean, not ski/walk mode. It's an insert. Can just reattach as previously stated by someone but not necessary
Although idk how the walk mode works on those boots so not 100% sure on what piece that is
