Do I need a bigger jump?

Hey NS, I tried to land Lincoln loops for the first time last night and I fell like 4 times and fucked my hip up. What did I do wrong?

My friend said I had bad pop, so I couldn't spin fast enough. I think he's wrong though, I mean feel like I spun pretty quick.

Any advice or do I just need a bigger jump? This one is like 15-20 feet I believe. Thanks!

It might help... make sure you don't throw to soon, some people get excited and start their rotation before they are on the lip or in the air. Also make sure you jump up when you start to throw so that you get the most pop off the lip
