I have a pair of 2015 Dalbello Il Moros and I was wondering which forward lean wedge people are using and why?

Your forward lean setting is based on the following (in order of importance): your ankle flexibility/range of motion, personal preference, and to some extent how steep the terrain you ski is.
By far and away, ankle ROM is the most crucial limiter in all of this. A skier with reduced ankle ROM should not have the forward lean of the boot set beyond their ankle's ROM (more forward then you are capable of). For example, if your ankle doesn't allow you to achieve 15 degrees of forward lean, setting your boot to 17 degrees will lead to lots of heel lift and the foot moving around inside the boot. This is something your local boot-fitter can assess for you. Obviously doing it wrong can mess up your skiing, so it's best to have someone who is trained in this to help you out.
However, if you have a very good ankle ROM and no limitations due to your flexibility, then most any setting will work well for you (provided you don't make the mistake said above) and you can go with what feels best according to your personal preference.
