Fit of certain pants

I'm looking for a middle of the road pant, now super tight and not super wide. I'd still like them to be relatively baggy but with a more tailored fit. I'm about 6'3.

Similar to these, maybe slightly more baggy. They have to fit over a small knee brace comfortably.

I'd also prefer black. I know I'm being picky, plus k for responses.

Ik ik burton is for snowboarders and whatever but honestly i have a kick ass pari of plain black burton ones that fit all this criteria, they are the perfect amount of baggy yet fitting, pretty sure they are like part of the shawn white collection or something but i love them so yeah that my pick haha

Personally I love the fit of my Saga Anomies from a couple years back! I bought them true to my size, so they definitely aren't huge, but they fit me with a certain sag and a certain slim-ness that I havn't got from other pants. Here are pics of what they look like:

Size Medium and I'm a smaller built guy and 5'8"
