eat laxatives throughout the day so that if you go skiing you will definitely poo your pants.
This is a sure way to keep you indoors near a private bathroom to do school work

School comes first unless you decide you only want to ski for the next 30 years before you're broke with no knees. Otherwise think of your schooling as an investment towards having enough resources to be able to ski when you want for the rest of your life

Well OP I'm guessing you're in highschool and my tip is: go to your guidance counselor and ask to be dropped down into low level classes. Then strive for C's all winter long. You can worry about grades after closing day

I had a pretty good strategy for this in college. When I planned out what classes 8 was going to take each year, I always took the hardest ones fall semester so I could save the easy ones for spring semester while I was skiing. I also took 17-19 credits every fall, which allowed me to take 13-16 in the spring. During spring semester, I would let my grades slide a bit until the lifts stopped turning, then I hit the books hard after that. Thus technique never failed me because in a lot of classes, your performance in the end of the semester had a disproportionately large effect on your final grade.

Put in an hour of studying/homework every day after your done skiing. Then sunday only ski half the day and do all your school shit in the afternoon

Make sure you do whatever you can to get your homework done in school. Also, find out your teacher's/professor's patterns on how the grade homework because that is so important. ie. my Spanish teacher collects the homework and grades it for accuracy only when it is out of the workbook.
