CyanicenineDoes anyone else love how strong their legs feel during ski season? I went to costco the other day and parked at the far corner so I could avoid the cluster near the store front. It was cold AF so I decided to jog to the entrance to warm up and I felt like I was jogging on the moon because of how great my legs felt. Mountain biking has nothing on the raw power you get from skiing, even if my cardio does go to shit.

I definitely feel that way after a powder day, my muscles get all twitchy and even walking is hard. I have been lucky enough to ski nearly everyday the last couple weeks, so the strength gains have been good, not much in the way of powder, just groomers and some easy park laps.

Husband is totally freaked out about covid and today after 2 runs declared he's done resort skiing for the year. Our snowpack is shite and shallow which basically means no more skiing for him. So sad, wish I could take all that anxiety away from him. He's the one who made me into a skier in the first place.

I used to watch all her edits over and over back in the day on Vimeo. When I lived in Norway, me and the other couple girls on my ski team were OBSESSED with learning how to carve switch as well as she does. Sad to say I never quite got it, and now I don't even live in the mountains anymore. I feel like I let 18-year old me down hahah

I had a pass to woodward last season but I barely went because I didn't like their jumps. I've been going a lot this season though since their jumps are much better and pickaxe isn't open at PC. We probably haven't met since I don't think I've said more than a couple words to any skiers this or last season, snowboarders are much more likely to be in my demographic (over 30 park riders). The jacket in my profile pic is the same one I'm still wearing and have worn for the past several years, it's pretty distinct so you'd probably know if you talked to me. Need some beta on winter car camping in Bozeman. Bridger seems cool with it in the past but it saw on their website that they aren’t allowing it this year with covid. Anywhere else besides wal mart that anyone knows of? Will you be bothered parking at any trailhead? Hyalite?

I feel ya. World Civ test tuesday, Calc test tuesday, eve bio test(with the hardest professor at ub) on friday. If I make it through the week without a mental break down, I will be extremely surprised.

My twin and I are super into skiing and snowboarding, but our other sister got really into fishing instead.
She likes to research which reservoirs in the city stock grass carp and sport fish the huge ones. Lol she'll tag eem and throw em back and try to recatch them.
But anyways, I wanted to share this big fish she just caught!
