Possible Roomate

So 2 NS'rs (me, Toasty) trying to move to Summit County, Colorado. We have been looking at just 2 br rentals but are quite hard, to find since my limit since ill have to transfer my job (at Target) is $650 a month. I know I am definitely going. Corey is still working it out with his family but a good chance of him going. We thought if we found a 3br or even 4br could be awesome as long as the people are reliable, and will stick to the rental agreement. I've seen some possible rentals just to get an estimate and going with a larger rental with more people is cheaper which is very good for everyone, but of course there is more risk since people of the rental can fall out. So looking more September or October-ish is the time. So anyone that could be interested or any helpful hints toward our venture will be appreciated. I was in Breck this season (went home for summer) and shall be venturing back around that time, definitely count me in on a place. Do you guys have any idea what part of summit you're thinking? And how long of a lease you're looking for?

Figured I should toss myself in, I'm gonna be looking for a place in September as well, trying to live right in Breck though so if anyone else is gonna be in a similar boat (OP if you guys consider in town too) hit me up. Gonna be there for at least a year.

so we can have a place in frisco and breck. I love breck but I don't want to actually live there, because once you're in breck you stay in breck. I also just love living in frisco but on pow days it'd be nice to just walk to the lift (I know, I've gotten really lazy recently due to lack of BC last season haha). Her parents are paying most of her rent while she's in school so we're taking advantage of that haha.

So just to update I've been checking craigslist for people looking for roomates, not necessarily the whole apartment area of craigslist, mainly since there have been some pretty interesting posts that i could move right into for cheap. But I'd prefer to live with someone thats like skier or shit like that. Since moving in with some old lady and her dog would be kinda awkward. If people are DOWN DOWN 100% serious and respectable we could work together whether we get a group of like 4 people (3 or 2) just because in most places the rent is quite cheap. For the cheaper it is the more comfortable it is since the job shit at target kinda blows right now (I'm only getting 18 hours a week right now). So yeah Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Breck. Just contact me via facebook so we could work shit out cause the time of the move is getting closer and closer

update for myself, I'm in AK right now working and will most likely get back to CO around mid september, but I would love to have a place to move into right away, have a lease signed and all that shit, so if anyone is finding places in town in BRECK hit me up and I will keep in contact.

Breck seems to get the most snow, too. Silverthorne and Dillion just seem really dead to me. Im gonna be moving in before August 20th because school starts on the 27th. Feel free to message me, since i'll probably be looking for places mid-july and it'd be really nice not to live with some totally random person.

lol it is only like 10 mile difference. i personally prefer keystone and abay due to less people and park laps upon park laps. when i want pow drive to vail or bc

this. plus snowfall is pure luck.. u cant bank on amounts every season. plus accumulation can differ by many inches or feet by a few miles in a snowband.

yeah i like the atmospher of breck way more than keystone, vail, and beaver. i dont really consider last season a season its was a dud

10 miles in CO makes a massive difference, trust me. haha these mountains don't give a fuck about any so called "forecast", they do what they want. I mean copper and breck are within 5 miles of each other and sometimes one will get 12" when the other gets 3 or 4. even a 2-3 mile difference can be huge, I ski'd a day last year where loveland pass got about a foot and abay only got 2 inches.

I never thought of breck as a powder destination. Breck has a nice park and town. I would rather ski San Juans or Utah personally.

Breck is a very pretty part of the I-70 corridor. I just don't like the swarms of people

Alright so If anyone is down down down serious and finds a place post the link and whatever. If the place is suitable i can put some money down to take a spot even though i wouldnt be there for like a month or so. So Summit Daily, Craigslist, whatever. lets get it going. So my top is $600 total which includes utilities i dont necessarily need internet since i have my own hotspot and shit and cable is overrated anyways. so again contact via facebook or here.
