Possible Roomate

So 2 NS'rs (me, Toasty) trying to move to Summit County, Colorado. We have been looking at just 2 br rentals but are quite hard, to find since my limit since ill have to transfer my job (at Target) is $650 a month. I know I am definitely going. Corey is still working it out with his family but a good chance of him going. We thought if we found a 3br or even 4br could be awesome as long as the people are reliable, and will stick to the rental agreement. I've seen some possible rentals just to get an estimate and going with a larger rental with more people is cheaper which is very good for everyone, but of course there is more risk since people of the rental can fall out. So looking more September or October-ish is the time. So anyone that could be interested or any helpful hints toward our venture will be appreciated.
