^^we have at least 1 more in belgium and a couple more dryslopes :)

most of them would probably be in and around Belgium though ...
thinking UK, Netherlands, Germany, France ...

Because we, you know, have just a little bit more mountains here. If you want to ski in the summer, go to CoC/Momentum/Hood etc.

it's because the public get's tired of skiing by the time spring rolls around.

it really sucks. last season my hill had a huge base and they closed it after the 2nd week of march because they couldn't make any money.

it took about a month and a half for all the snow to melt. i'm on the east coast too, everything in the west closes for the same reason even though they have a shit ton of snow.

there used to be a dry slope in niagra falls NY but it closed down cause NOBODY WENT TO IT

in the uk we have about 6 or 7 i think. pretty good for keeping fresh, sometimes can get some fun features

there is an indoor ski place in new jersey its really small though. a sick 5 turner. but there are dryslopes all over the us just look research it. but as stated above, shred the real stuff if you can. windells was dope!

i live in michigan so i cant really recognize details sorry. i was having this exact conversation on a chairlift and he mention he had skied at an indoor place in nj. i havent heard about american dreams. sorry i think he was just a confused old guy that liked skiing

We have a really great indoor ski area with nice jibs in the north of germany!

There are 6 in the UK in total.

No, they're not as big as a normal mountain park. But most average 10-12 different features, which I'm sure is more than some smaller resorts.

And we can ski 365 days per year, which is the big difference. If I decide I want to ski, I can be on a rail within 30mins, in the middle of summer.

I think Jay peak should add one to their already over the top (awesomely over the top) resort thing they just built... If someone built one on the east coast it'd definitely be a huge attraction.

Believe it or not its back on track. Christie made a big push to get it done. There is a new developer in place and new $$ to get it completed. There is no way they would let it sit empty when the superbowl comes to town. And thankfully they are replacing the hideous facade on it.
