The "It's snowing in _____" thread

I thought it'd be nice if there were one thread where people could post when it's snowing at their home mountain and give a quick local report.

It's currently snowing in Mammoth CA. It's been very windy also so windward slopes will be stripped but leeward slopes will be epic. Website says 5" in 24 hours and 11" from this storm, but it looks like more to me. Skied today and there was some good deep stuff, tomorrow should be even better!

man, over a meter in two days, we are getting dumped on and its snowed in town for three or four days in a row now and i havent gotten up there yet.

Coming down heavy in Mammoth @ 7,950', and transitioning to dryer, flakier snow every minute. NOAA is predicting 11-17" overnight with 12-18" tomorrow.

Pretty stoked that snow level stayed relatively low in the Sierras and we are getting POUNDED. This is just such a relief to ensuring that we are going to have a solid base and enough snow to make a REAL LEGIT park this spring.

Could not be happier.

Snowed all last night and all day today in Mammoth. Cleared for about 5 minutes and now it's snowing again!

That picture was taken this morning. The railing had nothing on it yesterday. I shoveled the stairs this morning and when I got home another 18" was on them.

Its snowing in my dreams. Massachusetts has a <20 in season total. probably more like 12 in. The most snow i got all year was on halloween.

Mammoth was the tits this weekend. Shredded the past three days and it was amazing. Sunday on 12 was fucking great and Paranoid was awesome this morning.

NOAA is calling for up to 16" in mammoth this week, Tahoe will probably get even more. Don't put those fat skis away for the year yet!
