Reading the thread about sleep issues, seems like many of you use some OTC's or have prescribed meds for lots of stuff. I recall seeing a lot of anti-depressants too? Personally i'm on nothing and take nothing except tylenol when i have a fever. And weed doesn't count.

otherwise, home remedies? who's got them?

Not long ago I started taking adderall for my ADHD. All it's done so far is just make me not want to eat anything.

Right now, Percocet for a few days (got my wisdom teeth out today), and birth control pills on the reg. And vitamins if those count.

Oh and Progesterone for two weeks out of the month because otherwise I almost never get my period (which sounds cool but is actually not).

Yeah, still. It's getting better though, slowly. The process would probably go faster if I was a bit better about taking the progesterone when I'm supposed to, admittedly.

I refuse to take pills. I'm prescribed like 4 for chrons and Acid reflux though.

i am prescribed 60-20mg Adderall XR/month, 60 Norcos/month, 30 muscle relaxers/month, and 15 ambien/month. costs about $60 pers month to fill them all.

However, the pills that i take are: fish oil- 6/day, and 2 multi-vitamins per day.

I just figure why not keep up all the scrips that i have accumulated over the years and make some side money, or trade them for other, fun drugs, or just hook up friends. I have a straight stash going right now. Besides, optiates are really addicting for me, same with sleep aids, and adderall made me super unhealthy with all the no sleeping, eating or feeling emotion.

im currently taking 20mg adderall every morning so i can focus in class. i really need to get an actual prescrip for it instead of paying $30 a week for it off a friend

besides that i take 2 multis a day

^^sure you're not in the placebo group ?
a friend of mine participated in tests for sleeping pills and he swore that they worked excellent and his sleep improved a shitload, after the test he found out he got placebos :P

I take pills and a two-times-a-day spray for my asthma, and then of course birth control pills, but I dont really count that as a medication.

prozac, and that shit saved my life. fuck what anybody says about SSRI's fucking you up even worse, nobody i know who has actually taken them has had bad results. i remember like it was yesterday, the ninth day taking them i woke up and felt like overnight i'd had a complete change, and no longer wanted to kill myself. i haven't had a single thought of suicide since. also adderal xr because i can't sit still or keep my mouth shut. and every night before i go to bed i take like 4 melatonin tablets (i weigh 230, it takes that many) to help me fall asleep.

Yeah dude I hear ya there!  I started Adderall XR 20 mg a day in May and I have lost 25 pounds.  Some of my friends thought I was anorexic.  No I eat all day long all kinds of junk food, real food, healthy food, unhealthy food, can't gain weight.  Sucks because I didn't need to lose any weight and now I'm 'underweight'. 

I also take Vitamin D on the daily because I'm allergic to eggs
