Apollo Zero: Did man really make it to the moon?

Good day newschoolers!

I know all of us here have an opinion about almost EVERYTHING, and we're good at getting into heated discussions. Here's your chance.

It's an hour long, but its probably one of the more interesting hours you're going to experience in your life.

Now I'm super proud of the human race for doing all the shit we've done, including the moon missions, but this documentary made it impossible for me to believe they actually happened. There is enough conclusive evidence to prove that it is almost impossible to get to the moon - let alone get to the moon in the late 60's early 70's. I'm usually not a skeptic, but this movie turned me into one.

While not lethal, I do remember reading somewhere that a lot of the astronauts that traveled to the moon ended up with cataracts (or something similar) due to exposure to radiation.

made it through about 15 minutes before i couldnt take anymore. his arguments are laughable. anybody with the slightest amount of scientific knowledge/experience can discredit his arguments. his argument that no country has sent living beings past low earth orbit since 1972 infuriated me. unmanned spacecraft are regularly sent into deep space - this is way cheaper because it doesnt have to come back. sending people to space is risky and there has to be a huge reward to even attempt it. in the cold war, establishing ourselves as technologically superior and fostering national pride was the reward. there is nothing gain from it now. also, at the time of the apollo missions, nasa was relatively new and almost the entire organization was dedicated to one goal. now, nasa is a huge bureaucratic establishment and has hundreds/thousands of different missions that it focuses on. the resources for an apollo scale mission dont exist. i would be willing to bet that 90% of americans dont know the first thing about what nasa currently does or what its goals are. NASA's direction is set by the president of the united states. president bush set the direction to return to the moon and deep space. obama cancelled that. lockheed martin was millions of dollars and years deep into the development of the orien crew capsule that was designed for both earth orbit and deep space missions but the current administration doesnt want to go in that direction. another huge factor is that there is nothing remotely close in deep space to travel to, that means extremely long mission durations and nasa isnt quite sure theyre ready to stuff people into a confined space for that long. the whole purpose of the space station is to study long term effects on humans and since space stations have been used there has been a case where a cosmonaut nearly killed his crewmate, one nearly killed himself, and another case where the ISS crew had to put special locks on all of the doors because they feared an onboard scientist would open the doors to kill himself and everyone else after his payload failed. i could go on for days about how retarded this video and his evidence is but i dont have that kind of time. moral of the story, we went to the moon. in order to do something like that again there would have to be an unimaginable pay off for doing so - and there isnt. now, all you retarded conspiracy theorists, please remove yourself from the gene pool asap.

If they faked it there would have to be a lot of people that knew about it.. I find it harder to believe it was faked and no one from the project came forward and exposed it (actually exposed it with evidence not like OPs video) than we actually landed on the moon

My Grandpa worked in Mission control, during the launch, /claim I have asked him about the conspiracy and what he thinks about it. He always gets angered about it saying that people are dumb bla bla bla. But the main point was he promised me on his whole families life that it happened. So i believe him.

I HAVE PERSONALLY VIEWED THE LUNAR LANDING CRAFT SITUATED ON THE MOON IN TRANQUILLITY BASE WITH A MASSIVE TELESCOPE AT THE GEMINI OBSERVATORY IN ARIZONA. TAKE ME AS SOMEONE WHO WAS SLIGHTLY SCEPTICAL AND NOW KNOWS 100% THAT WE LANDED ON THE MOON AS YOU CAN SEE THE FUCKING LUNAR LANDER ("THE EAGLE HAS LANDED") SO THATS ENOUGH PROOF FOR ME AND ALL CAPS FOR EMPHASIS AND SO YOU GUYS WILL READ THIS. I KNOW KATIE ALREADY ADMITTED SHE WAS SORRY BUT THIS SHOULD BE SOME GOOD PROOF FOR ALL YOU NON BELIEVERS.

if we havent made it to the moon then wat do the rockets do after they take off into space infront of thousands of people, plus the fuel tanks put on the rockets are gigantic it would have no problem going the distance from the earth to the moon especially since space is a vaccum and there is no friction to hold the ships back, landing on the moon is like landing on the earth but with less gravity its possible because it happened

Sorry brah, but even the Hubble Telescope can't see any equipment left on the moon's surface. There is absolutely zero chance that any equipment on the moon can be seen from Earth.

i watched the ENTIRE MOVIE then was pretty impressed and my thoughts that we landed on the moon were shattered ;(....then i read the comments and was like "FUCK ME i just wasted an 1 and 10 minutes reading all of the comments and this movie...Now i believe again :) (but feel like a retard lol)

If you still have problems believing humans have been on the moon search "The Laser Ranging Retroreflector experiment" or go here http://www.lpi.usra.edu/lunar/missions/apollo/apollo_11/experiments/lrr/ Sparknotes: on a couple of the apollo and russian lunar missions they took reflactors and you can bounce a laser beam of them proving that there are man made objects on the moon
