Lenny-Theres a weird link between a French family owned wetsuit company called Manera and Full Tilt/K2. Im not sure what it is but Ill find out.
I ordered some booties from Manera and afterwards I created an account to check the order status only to find every Full Tilt and K2 order Ive ever made also listed in the account.
they're good for a freshwater fish but check the contaminant levels in your water they build up a lot of mercury and other bad shit cause they're at the top of the food chain.
Kokanee and rainbow trout out of cold water are better IMO but pike is good
partyandBSgoing to war allows the president to have a lot more power and if he can do it with out a homeland attack, that’s a win. think about how much power the bush administration was able to gain after 9/11. also, think about the patriot act and the civil liberties we lost during that time of war or during covid etc. these type of things allow for massive government contracts and government control over the people. not saying that all were inside jobs or that the responses to those events weren’t legitimate. just pointing out the loss of freedoms and gain of power that followed.
if we enter a conflict, the trump administration will be able to justify a lot more actions they want to.
as much as i don't like trump, i realllllly don't think that's what's going on. it might be a nice side benefit but trump is not (((the one choosing what to do right now))) (if yk what im saying 😜)
also went to another phish show tonight and IT WAS SO GOOD!! my friend came too and really liked it so there thats what was on my mind
Todays objective is to figure out studying plan for final exams part 1. I have no idea how much should I study or how to schedule it. Precise plan is not the way to go because I can't follow it anyway.
Biggest problem of all, I don't know how to study.

everything is stocked down here so I just release everything. I caught a pike the other day and these 2 Russian tourists near me were surprised I didn’t bring pike home to eat. I always thought they would be oily and bony.
profa_212Yes very tasty honestly. Just gotta put the work in and cut the y bone out. I find the top filet method is the best and easiest to just avoid them. Oh and don't forget the cheeks. They're the best part
Damn I wanna try it now lol do the stockers taste like shit u think
replaced my cars cabin air filter and holy shit it makes such a huge difference for the AC and the noise. im guessing the other filter came with the car 132,000 miles ago lol. hell yeah

Honestly never eaten a stocker one, but I would imagine they are fine if theyve been out of the stock pond in clean water for a while.
Also the larger isnt always better for pike. I usually eat around the 24 inch mark. Above that they can get weird, as im fishing murkier waters. and they can collect to much contaminates. if you are fishing colder clear water they can hold better taste into the larger sizes
went from a absolute piece of junk rust bucket (that finally blew up) to a very clean e46 this weekend and i am actually terrified and so sad to get this thing dirty lol

One of my roommates has a weekly slot at the local college radio (KGLT). It’s incredibly cool to be able to send real time song requests, can be literally anything as long as it’s not very vulgar.
Where you at again? Branford? We gotta hit some tennis balls one day. Stoney Creek is also a badass brewery with a ping pong table. But i havn't been there in years.
Dude watching agro drivers in Bozeman will never get old lmao.
Like sick cut up boss, unfortunately we're pulling up to a red light so you didn't really save any time- but I respect the hustle.
Really hung up on what route I want to take as I near 30 in terms of going back to school, what degree/certificate I would want, transferring all my old credits from the previous time I was in school and what not. I've been seeing people suggest a lot of ideas like cybersecurity/IT stuff or something business related and I'd like to combine certs/education with my experience working in the ski resort industry most of my life.

my advice would be to just start something having done the work/school thing. It's hard to start, it's easier to keep going.

I wanna keep patrolling absolutely until I can't anymore. Would love to come back to UT someday, but also want a decent back-up plan. As much as I love what i've been doing most of my life, making sub $50k/year just ain't gonna cut it in my 30s.
I don't care about buying a house and starting a family or anything like that. Just to be able to comfortably afford necessities, bills, and my hobbies. A lot of my friends from back there are getting hitched and making those big kid moves and I'm stoked for them, but just not ready for it at the moment.

Yeah im in branford and stoney creek brewery is kick ass, especially if u bring a paddleboard and go float the river after catching a buzz lol

well what are your career aspirations? talk to people in that role, tell them that is where you want to be and ask what they did to get there and see if college even makes sense for that pathway. additionally you could identify your desired career and work backwards and develop benchmarks to get there. shit ask gemini for career advice too lol

have u considered like fire rescue or search and rescue stuff? could possibly get u decent fed or state benefits
Oh boy was I optimistic. 25min 5k absolutely did not happen. Pollen came and stopped my ability to breathe. It was like that for at least 3 weeks. Then I was a lazy fuck for few weeks. Shoes I bought still hurt after wearing them for around 50h. I will buy new ones that hopefully fit.
Thank god for this sawyer job keeping my head above water, I’m starting to lose hope of ever going on a fire before the school year starts lol
If I don’t go on at least 1 good roll this summer I am genuinely fucked financially and would prolly have to move home or take the semester off to make a little more money
also, who would kill me if i moved back to grand junction to finish up school at cmu 🤣

i hope you don’t go on a fire tbh. more rain and less fires is fine by me (and everyone else lol) hope you find some financial stability though! perhaps going door to door telling people you’re a wild land firefighter and that you do fire mitigation work between fires and offer to mitigate around their house.
probably gonna need a truck and trailer and if things go too well you’ll need to register a business and pay taxes. potentially could be set up as a 501 3c nonprofit but i think you could do it all under the table to start. there’s probably a way for insurance companies to pay for the service as it reduces their risk of loss. this would drive more customers but would need to be a biz fo sho

as far as flip flopping schools: lol
That’s kinda what I’m doing but I don’t go to the public. Surprisingly few people have chainsaws or know how to use em properly and I have a little network of landscapers that hire me for tree jobs when they need a sawyer at $25-$40/hr. I usually pull in around grand a week and only work like 3 days
I prolly should not change schools for no reason, my tuition is almost free. being stuck in sick ass Durango is a pretty first world problem to have. I just get fed up with being dragged into pointless small school drama (cuz ppl are bored), especially when I got real shit to worry about.

Aaand just like that. Slightly autistic and anxious Kalmar slipped trough the cracks. Doctor said she recommends my fit for service grade to be A. I probably should see a psychologist before I get thrown into the summer camp with da boys. Buut because I'm me I will do that at the breaking point.

Be a good citizen and do your obligatory time. Even if you can weasel out of it, i have to assume that will look bad to any potential bosses, girlfriends, and family members for the rest of your life. Plus, you'll probably learn something useful.
FakeKalmarRemember I'm from Sweden so I can't actually join the Finnish army
I talked to a Swedish kid from Malmo on the plane the other day. He was headed to Nampa, Idaho which is basically only guns and Trump. He asked me if it's true that people are allowed to shoot you just for being on their property. I hope I didn't scare him lol

It will be fun if I get to do cool shit with cool people but If have to do uninteresting stuff with shitty people it will be hell. I'm going in January or July 2027. I have time to figure out If I really don't want to go. I'd guess private psychologist could recommend me to be unfit without me lying. Being outside of my comfort zone for a one year will be probably do good for me tho.
It's illegal for employers to ask anything about your army situation. Only way to get out of it is health related problems. So employers won't care.
Family is slightly different, My fathers side has strong military history. Grandpa was in trough all of his working years. My uncle is a major or one rank above that. Dad did the mandatory service as far as it possible to do. Mothers side doesn't care at all. They even asked If I need some ideas to get out of it.
I'm not against the mandatory service. I just think it's unbelievable how one of the most equal countries in the world can have a system so unequal. It's complete bullshit that men have waste a year of their youth but women don't have to do anything. Just think about how much skiing I could do in a year instead of camping with da boys. Now I have to take gap year to ski and gap year to shoot blanks. I'll be 21 or 22 when I start university. Make it mandatory for women too.
