MichiganCatFartA couple of years ago I started to try to figure out rail and could hit some basic down rails, but haven’t really done anything since. How bad of an idea would it be to try wood rails? All of the outdoor stairs and hand railings around here are in the sand dunes and made of wood

If I can do it in a day I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. The biggest thing is when you have to many ideas. To many cooks in the kitchen kinda deal.

Anyone got a good gym routine? Im not looking to bulk up but just trying to be a healthy person. Currently just breaking into Push Pull and leg days with cardio here and there
finally found a job at school. it’s lowk nice having smth productive on my tuesday/thursday. I just sit at a desk in the alumni relations and answer phone calls and put stamps and mail. Can do my homework when it’s dead. Only downside is i can’t nap after double morning practice until lab
just went to the dentist and the hygenist kept asking me random questions while she was cleaning my teeth. like how am i supposed to tell you what i do for work while your fingers are in my mouth lol.

i feel like ive seen literally maybe 2 decent chest mount videos ever. put it on your helmet, your head naturally stabilizes and looks where you're going... your chest not so much, never mind your arms getting in the way of the shot
Found out a dude I used to ski with a lot during the last couple years banged a minor (like he 20 and she was 16) and me and homies have been trying to distance so hard but he keeps trying to talk to us about wanting to film an edit. I’m so sick of him, yuck.
I went thru like all my old posts and shit he’s tagged me in and deleted it all cuz yikes.
Idk he just a generally shady character and he also has some pretty alarming views toward women and minorities but I just feel stupid for not recognizing red flags sooner and distancing.

One of the guys who briefly trained me as an instructor for onboarding (vail resort) got arrested for solicitation of a minor(if I remember correctly). He was kind of one of the “faces” of the ski school. Wow that was a huge deal in North Tahoe. There are some super sketchy dudes in the industry but, realistically, I think it’s everywhere (sadly). It’s just a small group so it’s more obvious.

Yeah I getchu, it sucks. Like me and homies have agreed to just ignore him till he fades away and stops skiing and gets himself into trouble cuz he’s stupid and he will. He is just a basement dweller with not much going on in life, he maybe skis like twice a week.
it sucks that it’s everywhere and I wish there were harsher repercussions for that sort of thing. Intolerant pedos got no place in skiing and if he keeps this behavior up me and the dawgs are gonna start barking about it more publicly

Upper body/lower body 2x/week builds more muscle than PPL 1x/week. But if you're just tryna maintain it doesn't really matter.
I like doing Bench (5x5), Pullup (5xfailure), OHP (4x10), Row (4x10) twice a week and Squat (5x7), RDL (3x12) workouts, twice a week. My legs get fucked from pretty low volume though, so you might need more exercises on leg days
