Titus69Just got a 60 dollar avy beacon at a pawn shop, thanks for saving me money, and my body ksl. Tomahawking through a non patrol zone is a bit scary when you're alone, just gonna avoid that jump tomorrow.
BigPurpleSkiSuitDont die dude

DeebieSkeebiesWhere at did you fall today? 3rd to last run for me out past those gates in milly I pointed it into what looked to be a nice loaded chute and didnt see a built up windbuffed traverse path that blew my ass up and sent me feet first into a tree well. I am so fuckin lucky today, too. I kinda just accepted this could be a real bad situation as soon as i went airborne. Shits scary.
Titus69It's out the GW gate where the cornice is with the peak with the power lines, that spine off the drop it is also a nice jump but I forgot to point it left, if you go straighter off it's that flat traverse across to head to the snowfields, I was going in too hot and just like in between where you do and dont wanna land and just pressed forward. I recall landing, doing i think dub front to dub side roll and just sat and collected myself, I'm good to ski but I'm not gonna go crazy tomorrow, just want some faceshots.
DeebieSkeebiesAhhh i skied past there haha, it was so fresh all morning you could just point it everywhere. I agree, im gonna do the same with my sister tomorrow. Easing a bit off the mustard when youre skiing is never a bad feeling.
Fuck fuck fuck i hate that helpless feeling airborne flying right into an objects path. Its the worst
MinggI’ve got a lot of homework to do but my doggo is sleeping on my feet. I don’t have the heart to shake him awake. He’s such a good boy, I guess homework can wait
JoeF2661Looking at dogs. My Shepard just passed away and my other Shepard ( he's about 3) needs some companionship. I would like another dog a bit smaller but could live and play with a full size german Shepard. Was scoping out Irish terriers? They seem cool. Inputs?

DeebieSkeebiesGotta love mineral basin openings and all the hosers in the world mobbing down to wait in line....me and big sis have been skiing blower turns all morning long.
Titus69Ortovox f1 focus, it's probably got a few years on it but it's got fresh batteries and at least turns on and everything, but I'll be skiing with someone who has a bca tracker tomorrow and I'll test it with him. Planning to get the same one and a probe in the fall, just wanted one to get by for the rest of the season.
AbiHSomeone ski purg with me tomorrow!!
JoeF2661Fuck that sounds awesome. Buy me a plane ticket and pass...maybe lunch?
AbiHTell ya what I’ll buy lunch and we’ll call it a deal
JoeF2661Sounds like a date ;)

DeebieSkeebiesthis has been the most fucked up good stretch of mid april skiing in a long while. Holy shit
Titus69You at Brighton my guy?
DeebieSkeebiesSnowbird with my dad! Honestly he never really skis a whole lot like he used too so being able to shred some unreal blower laps with him was a treat. Today was insanely good again

DeebieSkeebiesDude, unreal week. Seriously. One for the fuckin books. The kinda days youll think back on when youre old and smile. Theres still some hope for us in the cottonwoods, they saved the very best for last for us

DeebieSkeebiesWith this last storm and the next one currently inbound on our location, not sure if we're gonna be getting our courses all ready to go in time unless it gets warm real quick. I start my new golf club job tomorrow doing course maintenance stuff but i dont think any of the greens or bunkers will be ready to go anytime soon
