best tasting thing ever:

first, make two pieces of french toast. make the best french toast you can. while you're making the french toast, cook up the best bacon you can as well. crispy enough to snap cleanly and easily off without having to bite it harder than a police canine. once you've got that shit all done, pull out you're favorite kind of cheese. get a truckload of that shit. put some down on one side of one of the pieces of the french toast, then bacon, then cheese, and put another layer of bacon and then cheese if you want it to be REALLY good. then finish it off with the second piece of french toast on top. grill it up until the cheese is melted - but not too melted! - then get some syrup for dipping and dig the fuck in. try to not have too many orgasms.

MAKES 6-8 CREPES


1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 + 2 tbsp. milk
1/2 + 1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. MELTED butter
1/4 white sugar
slightly less brown sugar than white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla


-In a bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.

-Gradually mix in sugars, then add vanilla and the extra water/milk.


COOKING:


-Take 1/4 c.-1/3 c. of the batter and ladle it in to a lightly oiled, large round frying pan on medium-high heat. cook for 1:30-2:00 minutes, flip, remove, repeat.



IDEAS FOR FILLING:


-Any fresh fruit in a simple sugar syrup. (simple syrup is really easy to make; just a 1:1 sugar to water ratio and simmer the water out until its thick) strawberries, raspberries, peaches, mango, oranges/tangerines, blue berries, ect. all amazing.

-Apple sauce and bit of caramel.

-FUCKIN' NUTELLA.

-Your favorite yogurt.

-Potatoes, scrambled eggs and cheese.

-Sauteed veggies. (peppers, onion, mushies, ect.)

-Breakfast meats. (Bacon, sausage, ham, ect.)

1 1/3 c. blanched almonds, toasted
2 garlic clove
3 tbsp. chopped fresh jalapeno including seeds
2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. fresh lime juice
6 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
a small bit of water


-throw almonds, jals and garlic in a food processor, blend for 15 secs.

-add the rest of the ingredients and blend to a paste.


it's called cilantro almond relish and it's absolutely sexual on crackers, wheat thins, toasted bread, ect. we served it as a sauce on a chicken dish in a restaurant i used to work at and it was hands down the best seller on the menu.






and i would give you my chicken alfredo recipe, but i can't give out all my secrets... ;)

i do too but unfortunately not everything i make turns out.
it's more like i enjoy experimenting with different foods and trying to make some dank grub and it ends up working maybe 1/4 of the time. but i never measure or write anything down so its hard to recreate my masterpiece

if we ever meet well watch forest gump and ill make it. ill also do my bubba impression. its a pretty standard recipe, but my secret is to saute the shrimp in garlic and xvirgin olive oil, add alfred sauce to the pasta, then dump the pasta in the pan with the skrimps, cover and simmer on low for about 5 minutes. blends the flavors together so good. so good. so doog. SO GOOD

I like your style.

Also anything with avocado and salsa. And eggs.

And a couple weeks ago in bed I thought of a sickass burrito, take a giant tortilla, put a thing of butter chicken in it, put a thing of poutine on that and top it off with an avocado. Maybe put some beans and extra cheese in there too if it isn't as ginourmous as I imagine it.

Alright. First I fry two strips of bacon. Then fry an egg in the bacon grease while melting a piece of provolone on top. Then toast a bagel in the bacon grease allowing it to become crispy while soaking up delicious flavor. Put it all together and u have one hell of a sandwich.

It's a kapsalon:

Kapsalon is a Dutch food item consisting of fries, topped with donair or shawarma meat, grilled with a layer of Gouda cheese until melted and then subsequently covered with a layer of dressed salad greens. The dish is often served with aioli and may substitute the shawarma meat with falafels or kebab. Kapsalon is quite high in calories, with each serving containing approximately 1800 kcal.[1] The term kapsalon literally means, "barbershop" in Dutch, alluding to one of the inventors of the dish.

Lawrence as in Lawrence of Arabia, my actual name is Laurens which is the Dutch form of Laurentius but that was even more confusing to some people on here. Both names are derived from Laurentius which is a Latin-language first or surname and means man from Laurentum (a village near Rome) or laurelled..
