I've had a pork shoulder in my crock pot cooking on low since 7 this morning, gonna get home at 8 tonight, make some home-made barbecue sauce, and then make nom noises.

anybody who doesn't own a crock pot, get one. greatest kitchen gadget ever created.

picatta man sooooo good. flour and parmesan mixed, then coat the chicken in it. fry em in butter and set aside, fry some onions in butter and add chicken stock, lemon juice, white wine and capers, reduce to a thick sauce then add the chicken back in for a minute or two. Oh and add more butter to the sauce while it's reducing. I'm sure you can find a more in depth recipe but that's the basics. Fuckin unbelieveable chicken dish.

But if you don't have capers and aren't old enough to have white wine around you are kinda screwed.

for pasta,pesto chicken. i alway just cook it in a pan with some olive oil.
meanwhile you cook the pasta.
if its all done you just throw it all together :D

Cooked up some Bolognaise with beef, unions, tomatoes, some garlic, a few nice spices, ketchup, olive oil and Red Bull. Tasted amazing. Just ate some regular spaghetti with it.

Olive oil and Red Bull is, believe it or not, a very nice combo when it comes to cooking. Fried some chicken in olive oil and Red Bull, best chicken I've ever had. The Red Bull makes it kinda sweet-n-sour, but in an awesome way.

Making some homemade kung pao chicken whenever my girlfriend decides she's going to get here, then going to my parents' house for my dad's birthday and having cake and ice cream.
