so whats your favorite snack to eat on the way up?
i like fruit to go coz they're quick and easy to open then i just shove it in my mouth

for those who have skied at holiday valley, a waffle from their waffle shack is the best snack ever, i fucking want one now. It just is the best thing ever, the warm soft waffle coated in hot chocolate syrup. god damn my mouth is watering!

i make huge gourmet sandwiches, and eat a few bites every chair till its gone. my friends have gotten used to seeing me bust out weed, a pipe, lighter, a sandwich, juice box, bag of chocolate trailmix, and a piece of fruit on a lift ride. I go big.

I also used to drop like $20 in munchies at a gas station, load up all the pockets i had in my outerwear, smoke a bowl every lift ride, and just smash on that candy/nuts/chocolate/chips/etc.

I've maximized my outerwear storage to be able to carry a full 6 pack. Only problem is skiing with said 6 pack is awkward and risky (if you eat it you could blow a can) so you gotta pound at least 3 of em on the first one or two chair rides of the day.

or carry a back pack

TRAIL MIX! It can't be said enough, this may be the ultimate in on hill ski snacking maneuvers.

1. Trail mix is generally pretty darn good for you. You can get a bunch of protein, complex carbs, and good fats in you all in one handful.

2. It won't be crushed (it's all ready in lots of little pieces)

3. It won't freeze into a solid block like many snacks

4. It's completely customizable and the combos are endless

5. It's delicious!
