Smith maze paint

I have the smith maze helmet in the neon blue and yellow. It is legit and I love it but it doesn't match my outfit so i want to paint it black but i think spray paint would just scratch off, does anyone have any ideas?

also i would totally trade it for a black smith maze

ok but i'm not too worried about strength i was just wondering if there is a paint that will stay on it?

If you're already wearing a helmet then why wouldn't you want one that is going to do something? It's not going to look any cooler just because it's a piece of shit.
