as for running. learn how to use blocks, those can knock off a second if used right. second dont clech your fists. hold a pringle in your hand while you run and if you break it then your running wrong. distance running helps your speed. they use the same muscles just differently. race kids about as fast as you and push yourself to win.
haha, this is true. but you know what else is bad for your knees? skiing, so if you are a skier you cant be too concerned about your knees.
