...got pulled over last night on the way over to my party. the driver got a DUI, and the other 2 kids got underages. i dont think they told the cops where they were headed, so im pretty sure i have nothing to worry about. i just kinda feel like shit, seeing as its more or less my fault.
How is that your fault man? They all made choices and unfortunately have to pay the price for them now. Drinking and driving is the stupidest thing possible, but that's not your fault that somebody else decided to risk doing it. Don't beat yourself up over something they chose to do buddy

actually, depending on the laws of your location. but in ontario, you are liable for someone leaving your house knowingly intoxicated...just a heads up, if someone dies DUI driving back from your houseparty your pretty boned

It is also true in the states. We have the dram shop laws, which basically say if you serve someone alcohol at your house, even if they are 21, and they kill someone drunk driving, you can be held liable as the home owner. Pretty fucked up really, but it's true.
