Anyone got any reoccuring injuries?? Cause i have fucked my knees up 3 or 4 times in the last 6 years. I already hurt it this season but am gonna continue to ski with it?? anyone else have this problem it sucks

One season I kept getting stress fractures or shin splints or something in my legs. After resting during the off season tho ive never had the problem again. I kept getting them cause it was my first year doing spins and I was landing flat on ice over and over.

o ya man, my left knee has a torn miniscus and lcl from football a few years back. i also tore the bicep tendon in my shoulder from the bone so its hangin free, o well tho, it hurts bad but ill live. ill get surgery this summer on my knee probly tho

Once when I was about 12 I dislocated my knee rock climbing, and when I was skiing it popped back into place.. and it keeps dislocating. It really doesn't hurt anymore because now I'm used to it.
