Toe jam....it f#@king hurts!

Today I overshot the landing zone and landed flat..one ski rocketed away and i fell back and kept one ski on. 3 hrs later i had to call it quits because my big toe hurt so badly...and now instead of skiing tomorrow the doc wants to rip my toenail off to give me some relief...what type of stupid ass ski injury is that...needless to say I am bummed

I sprain my heel every year because overshooting landings. Nothing to do except to rest. I know I want to ski so I try to ski as long as can but end up taking a week off so It can heel. Good thing the season over. Just rest it and stay of it and you'll be fine

I lost both my big toenails....keep them on until they start to come off, it gives time for another one to grow and it doesn't hurt as much to pull it off

my toe is huge now...completely swolen..I feel like I have a club foot. As soon as i stand up... the pain kicks in hardcore. Going to the doc in the morning

I think it depends on the size of the boot, or how much its broken in. The bigger the boot the worse toe bang you'll get. Ask Jeff Thomas, my boot are pretty well broken in and I can give him a pretty mean bang with my left big toe.

i just keep my nails cut reeaaallllly short, have yet to lose any nails

i've lots 3 big toe nails in the past 2 years. in a few weeks i have to have surgey on them because i've screwed them up so badly. at least after the surgey it won't hurt like a bitch whenever anything touches one of my big toe nails. toe jams friken suck.

spraining your heel...I would think getting custom insoles would help a bunch. The doc pulled my nail off today and shit shot all over the place while he was yanking it off. But it feels a lot better at the moment, except for the raw feeling on my toe

ok bro...toe jam...that's the shit that builds up between your toes when you don't wash them...if it actually hurts...you better get that looked at.
The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs.
