Then why do so many have twin tips?

and twintips arnt just used for landing switch.
even if i didnt ski park i would consider a tm or 1080 cause its a great all around ski

i have SO much more respect for a newschool telemarker than just a newschooler. it takes that much more skill, and i think that seeing a guy on teles doing a mute 3 as opposed to a regular newschooler is just that much more awesome. theyre just that much more chill in my opinion.

yeah theres the nosegrab where they pull their ski virtually to their face...think about doing a like a flatspin while doing nosegrabs on both of your skis, tweaked all the way to your forehead...

yeah i tele, but its a ton better to jib on alpine bindings. Tele is super nice for just skiing nice pow or jsut rippin groomers. Riding switch isnt that bad but landing switch fuckin sucks

First: Telemarking itself is the shit... I give telemarkers more props than anyone else on the mountain. You know how they say, 'If skiing was easy, they'd call it snowboarding?' Well, if telemarking was easy, they'd call it downhill skiing.

And twin-tip teles are just off the hook, those guys throw such ridiculous shit that it's just... unbelievable. Can you imagine trying to grind with a free heel, or land fakie? They stomp that shit all the time.

Does anyone use AT bindings on twintips? What are they like to land off booters?

I reckon that'd be a sick setup, twintips with AT bindings and skins when you needed them PROVIDING the bindings could cope with the park on an everyday basis.

well kami you're retarded, noone says, Skiing, if it were asy it would be called snowboarding. That refernce is actually about telemarking, k2 uses it all the time in their piste line of skiis. Better luck next time:)
